Vascular Graft

This animation shows the palmar view of the arm with a vascular graft being placed. A vascular graft is needed as the patient's basilic and cephalic veins are too thrombotic. This procedure encompasses using retractors to secure and separate the ulnar nerve from the basilic vein. A tunneler is then inserted into the arm to provide space to place the Gore graft.
