Right Shoulder Injuries with Arthroscopic Repairs

This medical illustration shows the anterior and lateral views of right shoulder injuries with arthroscopic repairs. The patient in the preoperative condition shows impingement syndrome of the right shoulder, tendinopathy of the right rotator cuff, AC joint sprain with arthrosis, osteoarthrosis of the right shoulder, and a diffuse labral fraying of the right shoulder. The arthroscopic repairs encompasses debridement of the rotator cuff, excising the distal clavicle, and resecting the acromion process through the use of shaver burrs.
