OP (Occiput Posterior) Position with Asynclitism

During Occiput Posterior labor, the back of the baby's head is to the back of the mother's pelvis. In addition to being in OP position, this birth presented as asynclitic, or asymmetrical, meaning that the baby's head was tilted toward one shoulder.
