The anterior view of the lymphatic system and an enlarged view of a lymph node in a patient with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is cancer of the lymphatic system. It is characterized by lymphocytes mutating into cancerous lymphoma cells that uncontrollably proliferate and replicate, causing the lymph nodes to enlarge. These lymphoma cells spread throughout the lymphatic system.
