L4-5 Surgical Laminotomy, Foraminotomy and Discectomy Procedure
A drill is used to remove the inferior aspect of the left L4 lamina and medial facet. Additional bone of the superior left lamina is removed with the Kerrison rongeurs. Herniated disc material is removed.
