Cruise Ship Respiratory Reaction Exhibit

This series of demonstrative exhibits was used in a case where the plaintiff claimed a respiratory illness from being exposed to chemicals on the spa deck of a cruise ship. Trial Exhibits created an animation to show the location of the plaintiff per her testimony. This highlighted her position above the spa deck and the forward movement of the boat that pushed the chemicals away from her position. The second exhibit was a top down map of the cruise ship showing the movements of the plaintiff and that at no time did she get downwind of the spa area. These animations showed that the plaintiff was not exposed to any chemicals at the spa area.
