Once a trial is complete, the jury consultant can condult post trial interviews to provide you with the comments and perceptions of jurors who sat on the case and are willing to reveal that information. The consultant can also provide a written report with their verbatim statements, analysis of those statements, recommendations for retrying the case, trying companion cases, or trying cases that involve many of the same issues, exhibits, or witnesses.
