Record $322 Million Asbestos Verdict

Congratulations to Allen Hossley, Dawn Smith of the Hossley Embry law firm. The Dallas, TX firm with Gene Tullos and Gary King of Tullos & Tullos from Raleigh, Mississippi received the single largest asbestos verdict in the nation.

The $322 million verdict was awarded to the plaintiff after the jury fround the defendants liable for failure to provide an adequate warning to Mr. Brown and for manufacturing, selling or distributing defectively designed asbestos products even after they knew the danger and harm they can cause. 

The plaintiff developed asbestosis, a condition he developed from inhaling asbestos dust while mixing drilling mud for various drilling rigs. The plaintiff is living on supplemental oxygen twenty four hours a day.

The Hossley Embry firm hired Trial Exhibits, Inc. to create a 3D animation from to demonstrate the working conditions of the plaintiff during his time working on the drilling rigs as a rougneck.
